LATEST CONVERSATIONS: A Daoist Take on Nonduality

Daoism offers a subtle explanation of monism–or nonduality–and dualism. It says that dualism is necessary for the experience of Oneness and ultimately the Dao, the Chinese name for the ineffable reality behind all things. The paper at the following link lays out this relationship as well as the role of intuition and logic within that context. I am the paper’s author and teach law at Peking University in Beijing. Any comments from the SANDs community on this paper would be most welcomed!
